SHIPPING:
We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) and each order will be mailed using either First Class or Priority Mail. We can also ship using Express mail for additional fee. We ship promptly usually between 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received. Our normal shipping days or Monday through Friday.
Shipping to US destinations will typically arrive to the customer within just 2 to 4 business days. Shipping time outside the US varies based on location. You may e-mail me for the USPS estimated delivery times for any location.
REFUNDS:
We offer refunds on any order 14 days after delivery. All items must be returned to receive a refund. All of our autographs are guaranteed 100% authentic and signed in person. We stand behind our autographs and we guarantee all of our autographs will pass third party opinions from authentication services such as PSA, JSA, etc.
